Payment

Cyclerama accepts payment in person by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Bank Cheques only. Credit cards will only be accepted if the card belongs to the person using it and the signature matches the card.

Cyclerama does not accept Personal Cheques or Credit Card payments over the phone.

Phone Orders

Payment for phone orders must be made by Direct Deposit or Money Order. No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All Pricing on cyclerama.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

As an authorised "Giant" dealer, Cyclerama is not permitted to pack and freight Giant Bicycles.

Delivery of Phone Orders

Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post. Postage and handling costs will be advised depending on the size and weight of the packed order.

Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery within Australia.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post.

Out of stock items

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is being ordered in by Cyclerama, we can place your item on back order. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Cyclerama and full payment is received.

Exchanges

Cyclerama has every confidence in the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as a result of the colour or size or you are simply not happy with your choice, please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange. Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of exchange items. Cyclerama does not provide cash refunds on exchange items but will happily swap the items for goods to the same value.

Return of Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. We ask that you kindly return the goods with labels and packaging included. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of damaged items. Cyclerama will replace faulty items on approval of fault.

No shipping will be charged on the replacement of damaged items.

If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.

Return of Faulty Goods

All products sold by Cyclerama are quality brands that are respected in our industry. Most of these items are are covered by a warranty offered by the Manufacturer (eg. Giant, Shimano, etc). If a product appears to be faulty, and the purchase date falls within the time frame outlined by the Manufacturer's warranty period, then you should contact Cyclerama immediately for information on how to process a warranty claim with that particular Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.

The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of faulty items back to Cyclerama, or to directly to the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.

The decision to repair, replace, or refuse a claim is made by the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor only.

If the claim is refused due to any reasons given by the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor, the customer will be notified and will be responsible for delivery charges of the product if the customer wants it returned.

If the claim is approved for repair or replacement, no shipping will be charged on final delivery to the customer. This cost will covered by Cyclerama to assist our customers.
